MedConnect Retail is a retailer and pharmacy management application provided by Safety Enterprises. The App is intended for authorized retailers and pharmacy users who use the MedConnect platform to manage customer orders, product information, prescriptions or order documents where applicable, notifications, and related business activities.
MedConnect Retail is not intended to provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice. The App is primarily a business and order-management tool for authorized retailers.
Depending on how the App is configured and used, MedConnect Retail may collect and process the following categories of information.

MedConnect Retail uses Supabase services for backend functionality such as authentication, database services, and related application infrastructure.
Information processed through Supabase is used to provide the functionality of MedConnect Retail and the MedConnect platform.
The App may use Firebase Cloud Messaging or related Google services to deliver push notifications.
A device notification token may be processed for this purpose. The token is used to identify the device or application installation to which an authorized notification should be delivered.
MedConnect Retail may provide authorized retailers with access to customer information needed to process and fulfill orders.
Retailers using the App are responsible for handling customer information appropriately and only accessing information necessary for legitimate business purposes.
Retailers must not use customer information obtained through MedConnect Retail for unauthorized marketing, disclosure, resale, or any purpose unrelated to legitimate order or service activities.
Some orders may contain prescription images or information relating to medicines or healthcare products.
Where such information is processed, it is used for legitimate order processing and fulfillment purposes.
We do not use prescription or health-related information for unrelated advertising or profiling purposes.
Access to such information should be limited to authorized persons who require it to perform legitimate business functions.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through MedConnect Retail against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.
Security measures may include authentication controls, access restrictions, secure communication, database access policies, and appropriate server-side security controls.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

When a valid deletion request is received, we will review the request and delete or anonymize eligible personal information, subject to information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain.
Some business records, transaction records, order information, or other information may need to be retained for a limited period where required by applicable law, accounting requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate business recordkeeping.
Where information must be retained, it will be restricted to the applicable legitimate purpose and retained only for the required period.
MedConnect Retail is intended for authorized business users and is not directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of creating or maintaining retailer accounts.
The App may rely on third-party technology and infrastructure providers to provide authentication, database, hosting, notification, security, and other services.
